Hot business over on the forums today: According to GM Inside News, Chevrolet apparently has stopped delivery of the Camaro ZL1 because of an undisclosed issue. The whacking, thwacking, lumberjacking-and-it's-OK pony cars sent to dealers and--according to one poster--delivered to at least one customer are being hauled in for a once-over because of an unspecified possible issue with the potent machines. According to Monte Doran, communications manager for Corvette and Camaro, "We go through a standard quality assessment with every new vehicle and we found what we thought was a potential concern.
The petrol-engined Saab 9-3 is back in production
Many thought, after the fiasco that was the demise of Saab after GM’s ownership – that there would never be a new Saab built at Trollhatten again. And, in many ways, they were right. They were right because the new owners of Saab, National Electric Vehicle Sweden (NEVS), intend making electric cars in the future, and even though they will get a Saab badge, they won’t be allowed to use the Griffin logo.

Nissan and the makers of the Gran Turismo game have unveiled the new Concept 2020 Vision Gran Turismo virtual supercar. It's a 2+2 sports car to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Gran Turismo driving franchise and is said to explore radical new aerodynamics which could shape future Nissan sports cars. A host of manufacturers are designing futuristic sports cars for the driving game and the new Nissan is suitably advanced.
